Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, however, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months before. Since our services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if less than 48 hours notice is given, which will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our clients on our waiting list of any availability, thus better serving everyone.

As a courtesy, you will receive an email or text to confirm your appointment two days prior to your appointment date.
